Residential Driveway Seal Coating

Protect, Preserve and Beautify Your Blacktop Investment

Seal coating replaces surface fines in the pavement and helps protect the oils that
would otherwise be lost to the sun’s oxidation. While you don’t initially see the changes
in asphalt composition in the early years, research shows that progressive weakening of neglected asphalt and freeze-thaw cycles can reduce life by as much as 50% in just five years.

Our aim is to provide quality products and unmatched service to each of our customers.

We leave your driveway well-protected and your landscape looking beautiful.
The best way to describe our workmanship? Ask our satisfied customers:

" I saw your work this past week and was impressed! Thanks so much for a great job. I will
definitely recommend you to our neighbors."  Mike, Grand Elk Resident

The GCACS
Seal Coating Process:

Step 1:  After mud season, mountain driveways need a thorough cleaning before
seal coating. We use all the necessary commercial tools to properly prepare
            your
driveway for seal coating: Brushes, power blowers, commercial water
            brooms.

Step 2:  Clean, treat and neutralize oil spots that eat away at the pavement.

Step 3:  Carefully seal coat around landscape and concrete aprons.

Step 4:  Lay down two applications of our premium seal coat to assure durability and
            longevity.

Step 5:
On completion, the driveway is blocked to traffic:

            Drying time:   2-3 hours
            Curing time:  24 hours
