Maintaining & Preserving Mountain Driveways, Parking Lots and Roads

Since 2003

Preserve, Protect & Beautify Your Investment

What happens to un-sealed driveways? The sun's raditation and mountain freeze thaw cycles are responsible for reducing the life of pavement as much as 50% in the first five years. Seal Coating replaces surface fines in the pavement, helps protect the oils and prevents oxidation.

What to Know About the GCACS Seal Coating Process

and how we are different from out of town (drive-by) contractors

The majority of mountain driveways contain embedded dirt from our mud season which prohibits proper the adhesion of seal coat if not thoroughly removed. Commercial water brooming is often included in our service.

Step 1: Commercial power cleaning and edging of driveway

Step 2: Carefully cut in seal coat around landscape and concrete aprons.

Step 3: Two applications of our premium seal coat to assure durability and longevity

Step 4: On completion, the driveway is closed to traffic for curing and reopened the following morning

Drying time: 2-3 hours
Curing time: 24 hours
