Your Investment

What happens to un-sealed driveways? The sun's radiation and mountain freeze thaw cycles are responsible for reducing the life of pavement as much as 50% in the first five years. Seal Coating replaces surface fines in the pavement, helps protect the oils and prevents oxidation

" I saw your work this past week and was impressed! Thanks so much for a great job. I will definitely recommend you to our neighbors." Mike, Grand Elk Resident
Quality Products & Service

Our quality seal coating and crack sealing products are Manufactured in Colorado to withstand rugged high mountain conditions.
Mountain driveways hold embedded dirt from our mud season which, if not thoroughly removed, prevents seal coat adhesion effecting product longevity.

Proper surface preparation is essential for seal coat adhesion. Going above and beyond, we utilize a commercial water-broom system or power driven bristle broom to assure your driveway is deep cleaned of mountain dirt before applying our seal coat.
The GCACS Seal Coating Process

Step 2: Carefully cut in seal coat around landscape and concrete aprons
