Terms of Service

Effective date: May 11, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Grand County Asphalt Care Specialists ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, submitting a form, requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

We provide asphalt maintenance services, which may include residential asphalt seal coating, crack sealing, commercial lot sealing, inspections, estimates, and related services.

Service availability may vary by location, weather, season, scheduling capacity, and project requirements.

Submitting a form or requesting an estimate does not create a binding service agreement. A service agreement is created only when the scope of work, timing, and pricing have been accepted by both the customer and Grand County Asphalt Care Specialists.

3. Estimates and Pricing

We may provide estimates based on the information you submit, site inspections, photos, measurements, or other project details.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, estimates are based on the visible and known conditions at the time they are prepared. Additional work, hidden conditions, changes in scope, or customer-requested changes may result in additional charges.

Any additional work discovered or requested during service will be communicated to the customer and must be approved before proceeding.

We do not charge for on-site inspections or estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Scheduling, Weather, and Access

Asphalt maintenance work may be affected by weather, temperature, moisture, property access, parking, traffic, surface condition, and other factors outside our control.

We may reschedule service when conditions are not suitable or when completing the work would compromise quality or safety.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area, removing vehicles or obstacles when requested, and ensuring that the property is ready for service at the scheduled time.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be provided with the estimate, invoice, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of service. We may accept payment by cash, check, credit card, or other approved payment methods.

Invoices that remain unpaid after 30 days may be subject to late fees, collection costs, or other remedies allowed by law.

6. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work and warrant labor against defects in workmanship for one (1) year from the date of service completion, unless otherwise stated in writing.

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Extreme weather or freeze-thaw conditions
  • Improper use or heavy traffic beyond the intended surface use
  • Pre-existing pavement failure or structural issues
  • Poor drainage, standing water, or ground movement
  • Oil, chemicals, snowplows, shovels, sharp objects, or third-party damage
  • Work performed or altered by anyone other than Grand County Asphalt Care Specialists

Material warranties, if any, are governed by the manufacturer's terms.
